RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of Electric Studio/Purefitness, Inc.’s Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.electricstudio.ph/#/terms). All capitalized words shall carry the same meaning as the Terms and Conditions, unless the context or this Policy provides otherwise.

    NON-REFUNDABILITY OF CLASS CREDITS

    We will not refund the purchase price of class credits, whether partially or entirely, and whether they be unused, expiring, expired, or forfeited. A class credit is deemed forfeited if you book a class, and you either fail to attend, or are not allowed to enter the studio due to a violation of house rules.

      We shall also not refund any purchased class credits in the event that Electric Studio is prohibited by governmental regulation or is precluded by an event of force majeure , to conduct live group classes in its studios.

        The following are the only instances when a refund will be granted:

          1. In the event of permanent paralysis, limbs are amputated or severed, stroke, or epilepsy. To avail of the refund, you must provide a medical certificate from a doctor specializing in the appropriate field of medicine; or

          2. In the event of your death, your heirs or legal representatives may seek the refund of any unused and unexpired class credits. The reckoning date for the class credits subject to a refund shall be the date that We are provided with a written notice of death with a claim of refund by your heirs or legal representatives. If We receive the written notice after the class credits expire, these shall be not refunded.

          Written notices of death with a true copy of the Death Certificate must be sent to Electric Studio, G/F Two Central 107 Valero St. Salcedo Village Makati or emailed to [email protected].

        If you are eligible for a refund, please send your request to Electric Studio, G/F Two Central 107 Valero St. Salcedo Village Makati or email [email protected], along with the necessary documentation required.

          RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND NON-REFUNDABILITY OF MERCHANDISE, APPAREL, EQUIPMENT, AND ACCESSORIES

          Non-Refundability of Purchases

          All products purchased from us, such as but not limited to footwear, apparel (shirts, sweaters, leggings, shorts, and the like), exercise equipment (bikes, weights, heart rate monitors, resistance bands, and the like), accessories and merchandise (such as towels, hydration bottles, bags, totes, and the like) shall be non-refundable.

          Return and Exchange of Purchases

          You have up to fifteen days (15) days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. All product/s returned must have their original packaging, labels, and tags intact. We will not accept any returns if the product/s have been used, washed, damaged, purchased at markdowns or sales, tags removed, received gratuitously through promotions run by Purefitness, Inc. or any of its partners, or not in the same condition as when purchased or received.

          Product/s returned may be exchanged for the same product/s or for different product/s sold by us. The purchase price of the product/s being returned (the “Return Credits”) shall be credited against the price of the replacement item/s. If the price of the replacement is higher than the Return Credits, the difference in price shall be for your account. If the price of the replacement is less than the Return Credits, the remaining credit may be used against the purchase price of other product/s. Return Credits must be completely consumed upon return of the original product purchased. Purefitness, Inc. will not refund, nor issue a credit memo, or other similar document, to cover any unused Return Credits.

          Once product/s are exchanged, no further return and/or exchange shall be allowed.

          Return and Exchange Procedure

          If you wish to return a product to us, you can make a return at the specific store where your purchase was made. Returns for purchases made online may be initiated through the following email address: [email protected].

          Third-Party Agreements

          Notwithstanding the above, some products sold by or through us are subject to the warranties, return and exchange policies, or terms and conditions of third parties. After these products are sold to you, all after-sales services become the obligations of these third parties. Consequently, these after-sales matters, including resolving returns and exchanges or fulfillment of warranties, shall be fulfilled and governed by the terms and conditions of these third parties
