HOW DO I BOOK AN

ELECTRIC AT HOME

LIVE CLASS?

1 - Purchase an Electric at Home Online package or subscription on our site.

2 - Select the pack to use to book a spot in class. Our 7-day schedule (Tuesday - Monday) will be open for booking on Mondays at noon.

3 - Class bookings will close 30 minutes prior to class start time so best to plan ahead if you want to join.

4 - Once you’re booked, a ‘START’ button will appear on the schedule or under ‘MY CLASSES’ for all your reserved classes. Click the purple ‘START’ button 30 to 5 minutes before class and you will automatically be directed to your Live Zoom class.

5 - We'll check you in when you are in the waiting room. For the safety of our community, your Zoom name should match your Electric account name. You can change your Zoom name by editing your profile name.

6 - For your safety, we have a strict 5 mins post class start time to join. We recommend joining at least 5 minutes before class starts for our briefing reminders.

GENERAL

  • This is my first time to join an Electric At Home class. Do I need experience in Indoor Cycling, Rhythm Boxing, HIIT, Strength, or Flow?

    • No, you don’t! Anyone can do our classes regardless of fitness level. Our awesome instructors always provide modifications so you can either take it easy or challenge yourself.

  • Is there a beginner class?

    • All classes are made for all fitness levels. For indoor cycling, we have a class called Electric 101 that is great for first timers as it focuses on the fundamentals. Whether you take a class on or off the bike, how tough it will be is entirely up to you. You will always be in control of your body. For your first time, the most important thing is to have fun!

YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • What should I wear?

    • First things first: Welcome to the fam! We recommend form-fitting sportswear. Pretty much wear anything you don't mind sweating in!

  • How can I prep for class?

    • Join us 10 minutes early and let your instructor know it's your first time. We highly suggest you keep your video on for form corrections and modifications.

SIGN UPS, BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

  • I created an account online but did not receive a verification email. What should I do?

    • Click on the “Resend Confirmation Email” button. Check your Spam/Junk Mail folder or Promotions tab in case the email got lost there. If you still can’t find it, don’t worry, just email [email protected] and we’ll be glad to help!

  • I already created an account but I can’t log in. What’s wrong?

    • Make sure to turn off private browsing or incognito mode on your Internet browser. You may also try resetting your password. Email if you need more help!

  • How do I book a class?

    • Sign up for an Electric Studio account to be able to buy a package and book online. This week’s 7-day schedule (Tuesday to Monday) will be open for booking on Mondays at noon. Class bookings close 30 minutes prior to the class’ start time so best to plan ahead if you want to join.

  • On no! I missed the booking period, can I still book the class?

    • To join a class, we recommend that you book at least 30 mins before class begins. For last minute bookings, email [email protected] with the class you would like to book and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • When does my Electric At Home pack begin?

    • Your pack begins the day you purchase your package.

  • How do I join the class I booked?

    • Once you’re booked, a ‘START’ button will appear on the schedule or under ‘MY CLASSES’ for al your reserved classes.   • Help! I can’t find the Zoom link on the APP.

    • Class links can only be accessed through the Electric Studio website (web/mobile browser) at the moment. Log in to your Electric Studio account and go to ‘MY CLASSES’.

  • I’m running late! Can I still join?

    • For your safety, we have a strict window of 5 minutes after the class start time for you to still be able to join in. We recommend joining at least 5 minutes before class starts for our briefing reminders.

  • Up to when can I cancel my class?

    • Remember to cancel your spot on the site by 5pm the day before. Incase of late cancels/no-shows, single class credits will not be returned. For clients with Unlimited Packs, kindly cancel on time to make space for others. Plus, we all know you want your Electric history to be accurate!

  • Class is full, can I still join?

    • Definitely add yourself to the waitlist! You’ll get an email when there's a spot for you. Don't forget to remove yourself from the list if you can no longer join.

  • Can I use my package for On Demand classes?

    • Yes you can! All our unlimited packs give you access to both Live and On Demand classes. Use the same log in details on the On Demand site (www.ondemand.electricstudio.ph) to enjoy unlimited classes anytime, anywhere.

  • My account is frozen. Do I need to unfreeze to book a class?

    • Nope! You can purchase online credits even if your account is frozen. Your in studio credits will remain frozen.

  • Can I use my in studio packs for Electric At Home Live and On Demand classes?

    • Our in studio packs are for in studio classes. Should you wish to convert them to Electric At Home packs, email [email protected] .
